Returns Policy

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from ZX55. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.

To return a product, please first read though the following and then send us an email to zx.info@zx55.com giving the Order Number, Order Date and details of the item(s) you wish to return alsong with an explanation on why they are to be returned.

Please note, that all goods that are to be returned MUST be in the original condition and not modified in any way. 

Also note that we cannot accept any return of Pipe that has been cut.

Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items and/or the packaging are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

Items Faulty on Arrival.
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 3 working days from the date of receipt in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.

Incorrect Goods Received.
if you have received any incorrect items from what you have ordered, then you have 3 working days from date of receipt to inform us. Items should be repackaged in the original packaging sutiable for transportation. We will arrange for replacements to be sent and the collection of the incorrect items.

Incorrect Goods Ordered.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, we will accept them, however, a 30% or 10.00 (whichever is the greatest value) re-stocking fee will be applicable and you will be liable for the return carriage.

Need to return an item?
Please don't use the online RMA function. Please email us on zx.info@zx55.com detailing the item(s) you wish to return together with the Order Number and Order Date. A member of staff will either reply by email or call you to arrange replacement and/or refunds.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MUST GOODS BE RETURNED TO US WITH PRIOR AUTHORISATION.
